A major aspect of the partnership is the Mystery Shopper Program. Mystery Shoppers evaluate employees of Airport businesses and other front line organizations on friendliness, product knowledge, customer interaction, accuracy of transactions and aspects of appearance which includes neatness of uniforms and name tag visibility. Airport employees are recognized monthly for demonstrating outstanding service to the traveling public. An annual awards event is designed to honor the monthly winners as well as the business participants and volunteers.
